Accessibility and Availability

Neighborhood

Mid-island Holmes Beach on Anna Maria Island — a relaxed, primarily residential beach neighborhood with easy access to public gulf beaches (multiple beach access points on Gulf Drive), local cafes, casual seafood restaurants, a nearby grocery market and rentals (bikes, kayaks, golf carts). The vibe is quiet and family-oriented by day, with low-rise cottages, condo buildings and sunset views across the Gulf. Popular nearby spots: Manatee Public Beach and the Sandbar/Bean Point areas and short drives to Pine Avenue (shops/restaurants) and Bridge Street in Bradenton Beach.

Guest Access

The unit is entirely yours. The pool, grills, patio, grounds, and beach path are shared with the rest of the Coconuts community.

Find us

Best by car, bicycle, or golf cart for short island trips; many guests walk to nearby beach accesses and eateries. Anna Maria Island Trolley (free) runs north–south along the island connecting Holmes Beach to Bradenton/Sarasota transit points (check seasonal schedule). Ride-hail and local taxi/ shuttle services serve the island but availability can vary; pre-book for airport transfers. Street parking is limited in peak season — expect tight spaces near popular beach accesses. Ferries are not typical; most mainland connections use bridges at the island’s north and south ends.
